It’s absolutely ridiculous that the front page of the calendar only shows the number one!!! One of the major points of a calendar on an iPhone is it when you wake up in the morning or at any time you can just look at the front page and you see what day it is. Instead, you have to go into the calendar to find out what day it is. Well that is extremely annoying. Therefore I will be looking for another calendar. How could anybody come up with such a ridiculous idea. It is absolutely outrageous.

Updating to add a major flaw I’ve come across. Subscribed .ics calendars don’t show double-booked slots. It will only show one of the items in that time slot. Complete killer for me. I am often double booked and have to make a game time decision which one to go to. I’ve missed important meetings because of this issue.
Already noted: If you can’t add a reminder to an imported web cal event (or even just import the reminder from the original event), then OneCalendar become pretty useless. For google and iCloud calendars, it’s ok, but the reminders still need work.

This is my favorite of all the calendar apps available for iPhone, but something changed in the last few months and now you can no longer “delete this and future” events. Why? Why can I only delete everything past and future or have to go through the future and delete one at a time? Life changes. Reoccurring events sometimes have to be deleted for the future but that doesn’t mean I want the past deleted as well. Please fix this!!!!! Thank you.

According to my wife I am totally obsessed with Calendar apps on my iPhone. I have looked at several different ones looking for the perfect app and this one seems to come as close as any I have used. The thing I like is a calendar that has a full month calendar where you can see each day and what’s going on. Not like the one that everyone seems to like where it has a Calendar and then underneath it has a list of things coming up. I like to look at it like he would look at a calendar on your wall. The two things I wish this calendar app dad was showing the actual date in OneCalendar icon on my screen, and a wider selection of themes or letting me use one of my own photos. But that’s only for someone who is totally obsessed with Calendar apps.

I have used several different calendars. I really like this one, but don’t like that you can’t copy and paste an event. Would also like the ability to change the calendar that an event is attached to once it is created. I have multiple calendars set up for different people in my family so that I can keep track of their events in addition to my own. But if I accidentally create an event in my calendar and need to change to another calendar, I have to delete the event and recreate it. Overall, I like the look of the calendar and ability to customize the look as well.

I use a Win 11 laptop, an iPhone, an iPad, and a Mac Mini. I used to rely on iCloud for Windows to integrate my Apple calendars with my Microsoft Outlook calendars. Always quirky, it finally stopped working. Now I use this wonderful tool which rapidly presents my Apple, Google, and Outlook calendars and lets me update them from every platform. Love the fact that it doesn’t need a browser, but instead provides native apps for Win, iOS, and Mac OS. Thank you, thank you, thank you - well done!!
Update: I had one intermittent problem in Mac OS. After a couple of e-mail exchanges, the developer figured out the problem, told me what to do, and now it’s fixed. Couldn’t be happier!

I really needed OneCalendar. I have two jobs. Lots of doctors appointments for my mom in my personal calendar, due dates, etc etc and they are all over the place. OneCalendar is exalts what I needed and the price is accessible. I hate subscriptions.
I had and issue and reached out to their customer service, and the service was excellent! They replied promptly and provided the help I needed.
Very happy :)

I use Microsoft Exchange for work, Google for personal life and follow other calendars (e.g. church, holidays). I heavily use my calendar for task management keeping them as all-day events that I constantly drag and drop to block time in my calendar to work on tasks, or to put them back as all-day events. I use iPhone, iPad and Windows 10. I’ve tried TONS of calendars to centralize all of them, such as Apple’s, Google’s, Calendars 5, Outlook’s, etc. None of those calendars managed drag and drop of events easily and the views were not good. One Calendar is GREAT. I have the free version for iPhone and iPad, and purchased premium for Windows 10.

I will RARELY leave a good review (mostly because you have to go and figure out how to do it)... BUT IN THIS CASE... OneCalendar has ABSOLUTELY changed the way that I operate. I FINALLY have all my calendars in 1 place and I can have one location where I create, delete and manage ALL of the calendars that dictate my day to day. If you have struggled with organization and calendaring... this is OneCalendar you need!

I have found this calendar application to be incredibly helpful and easy to use. I am ablke to access my calendar from multiple devices. It is easy to distinguish between multiple even categories. An improvement that would be beneficial is the ability to set multiple reminders for an event.

Integration of all my accounts into one easy calendar is great. Color coding is a great feature making it easy to make the most important things stand out. The best thing I like is that each event is displayed as words in monthly mode. No thanks just as a box that I have to click on to see what it is. Makes reading in monthly view easy and interpretable across my devises.

I decided to try this after trying at least 6 calendar apps. It’s fantastic! Easy to use! Correctly ties to the correct calendar account that you select! Widget is amazing and so many options! Don’t bother with any other app, just get this one!! Also very affordable for the premium option! I won’t use any other calendar app!

One Calendar pulls the birthdays I have on my iCloud calendar to view with appointments, etc., in One Calendar on my iPhone —— AND I can view iCloud calendar and One Calendar both combined into one on my laptop by viewing my iCloud calendar in my browser! Finally I have something that works for both. Plus, I love seeing the title of the meeting or appointment in One Calendar.

OneCalendar is great because it works for my several devices: iPhones, iPads, desktops, Mac. It’s reliable, sync happens almost immediately, it’s attractive, has multiple themes, and allows you to hide/show calendars from Google and other places. I can’t say enough good things about it. It’s worth the effort to learn all its features. Well done and please keep it up!

My wife, daughter, and I use it. I can reliably add events that are not all-day events and have them sync. For my AT&T Yahoo account, I had to generate an app password. I like that it updates the Calendar before letting you change it; the native Calendar app does not do that, causing a race condition. Unlike the native Calendar app, I do not have to login again every two weeks

I've had OneCalendar for over a year and I can honestly say that I never had any problems at all!! I have my E-Mails, my husband's and our 2 daughters as well set up to automatically add our appointment's, events and birthdays!! The calendar has many themes to choose from and then you have a choice to customize it to your liking!! As I said I've tried others but this one is for me!!

One Calendar is the best calendar app I have ever used. I’ve been using OneCalendar for over a year now and I it’s been amazing. OneCalendar is so easy to use and has a simple and clean layout.
Recently, I had one issue with my premium version not working on a new device and their support corrected the issue for me! I highly recommend One Calendar for anyone looking for a simple, clean, and easy to use calendar app.

I love this calendar app. I appreciate the simplicity and clarity of the display. So many other calendar apps are so complex, offering so many different options, that even the settings are hard to understand. The simplicity of the interface is intended by the developer. Just enough options to have the calendar look the way I want, but not so many options as to make it confusing. The developer is also quick to respond when I have made contact.

I’m a school counselor, so even when I’m “off,” I’m not really, so having my work calendar on me at all times is very helpful. That being said, I don’t want to be so connected to work that I get work emails to my phone. I didn’t know if there’d be a way to get my work calendar (without emails) on my phone, with my personal calendar, and a way to get the two to sync together until OneNote. OneCalendar color codes the different appointments, gives reminders of upcoming meetings and occasions, and it’s so user friendly! Definitely a huge fan!

Love OneCalendar. As a forgetful college student it does wonders. great for people who like organizing by color and seeing visual differences in your schedule. The notification feature is really simple, and it’s very easy to add/remove events. My one problem is that event colors are only in the premium deal, which means my whole schedule can be one blue blob. But, since you can synch this calander app with google calendar I’ve found a way to work around the premium deal and still get pretty colors via google calander on the computer. Would recommend if your forgetful and like pretty schedules like me :)

Works well but if you’re using it as main calendar to get away from the non-user friendly google calendar or others-you’ll be missing features like being able to set multiple reminders for an event and being able to edit a series of scheduled events. I paid for OneCalendar in the hopes of gaining some features, but they weren’t included.
by Tequilya
The layouts, options and views are very useful and appealing. A few issues/annoyances...Recurring events cannot be edited in the series mode, only in the occurrence mode...The message”warning unknown time zone” appears when attempting to change an event time...OneCalendar icon should either display the current date or none at all, as the constant “1” is annoying.
by Ecktex
This is a very useful app. However it’s not quite prime time yet. For example, it’s missing the ability to set multiple alarms for an event or appointment. It also doesn’t keep a record long enough. It would be nice to be able to look back several years (10 or more). I’m hoping that the next version will fix these deficiencies, so I can retire the Google calendar.
by Knownasie
I do really like OneCalendar, especially the ability to use different colors for different things.
The only thing I would like to see changed is to have the actual date show on OneCalendar icon itself, that way at a cursory glance you would be able to see the date instead of opening OneCalendar all the way.
by Lonewolfauditore
I love OneCalendar. The only thing that’s keeping me from giving 5 stars is the fact that there’s no way to check off events as you complete them. Please make an option to do this as it would make OneCalendar hands down the best planner/calendar app
by Ohgoodgrief
I need a calendar that will sync to my Apple Watch and this one doesn’t. I’m hoping that updates may include that. Otherwise I’m pleased with OneCalendar . I’m just figuring out how it all works. I would like more options on background pictures (or to be able to choose from my own library)
by Sabre 1
Gave me exactly what I needed. Simple calendar is all I wanted and I didn’t have to combine with my recent calendar. Only issue is editing the notes. Easier to delete the note and start over. Overall, I love it
by Tigre229
I love OneCalendar. Everything is so easy and when I update my calendar whether it is for work or a family get together my husband gets it on his calendar/computer as well. It is awesome. I highly recommend it if you don’t have a calendar. I even put all my to do list items on it.
Best of all, it is so easy to work with.

I have linked all my Office 365 and iPhone calendars and love that it has a mobile and PC app so I can view and edit from whichever platform I'm working on. The $5 one time upgrade for the PC premium version is easily worth it. No complaints or feature requests - it just works.

Thank you one calendar for fixing the Apple calendar that used to print events out on the big iPad and they took that away I was so thankful to find OneCalendar I love it. I also love it on my iPhone as I can see my entire month written out I have had over 20 friends download it.

This is a fantastic app. Calendars are customizable, and I can see my entire month at once. Also love the home screen long press pop up that shows the next three events. I love OneCalendar! And it is free??? Simply amazing!
I'd rather not download your calendar unless I know that it will do what I'm wanting a calendar to do. Does One Calendar have the ability to search ALL past entries, not just the past 1-2 years like Google and Apple? Will it search > ALL < past entries? I want my calendar to not only record my planning entries and semi-recent ones, but I want it to function as a diary of > EVERY < event that I've even recorded. Thank you
I use One Calendar across a couple of mobiles however I recently purchased a new phone. It syncs with my other phone and computer however it is requesting I pay premium for added features even though I purchased that maybe a year ago. Why wont it recognise that I am already a premium user? Your help would be appreciated.
Hello, I'm a very recent convert to ios. I've used the acalendar (unavailable on ios) on android for many years so was very pleased to discover that one calendar seems to share a lot in terms of design, graphics and customisation. There are however a few very useful features that are missing which I'd love to see in the pro version. Swapping between day, week and month view by swiping sideways. (Swipe up and down takes you to the next or previous day/week/month, but naturally it could work the other way) Not sure if this is the right forum for it, but thought I'd share anyway. Thanks,
