Please beware of Kavak, I have selected car and paid for it but Kavak is not ready to deliver car as they are saying Car is not fit for delivery, 72 hours window is passed and they are asking for additional 3 days. When I asked then for test ride they said only after payment/purchase because our cars are defect free and thoroughly checked, but now after payment they are saying car is having some issues and they can’t deliver, why car was not checked before making it available for sale. I am asking for escalation point but no answer, nobody is ready to take responsibility once you paid money. I am still not able to understand how come they display faulty car for sale, they are charging money more than market standard and giving service at lowest side. I am annoyed and very disappointed, please choose Dalton seminuovos or other car dealers if you want to buy used cars. 1 more thing - they will not take care of license plate transfer for you, they will ask you to go transport secretary office and get it done, which is not the case with other dealers/sellers.

The. Worst. Company. Ever.
I dealt with countless interchangeable reps + AI robots on ONE WhatsApp account; nobody in charge. 3.5 hour inspection & they forgot to rebolt the under-chassy spare tire. Instead of providing me with a comprehensive list of required documents, they requested scanned paperwork, one or two documents at a time, which took 2 days. I couldn’t find the very last document. It was so weird. The robots just could never get their stories straight. Oh, and their car lots are in subterranean parking lots. Seriously, sometimes thinking outside the box is just plain stupid. Should go the way of WeWork.

Me ocupé de innumerables representantes intercambiables + robots AI en UNA cuenta de WhatsApp; nadie a cargo. Inspección de 3.5 horas y se olvidaron de volver a atornillar la llanta de refacción debajo del chassy. En lugar de proporcionarme una lista completa de los documentos requeridos, solicitaron documentos escaneados, uno o dos documentos a la vez, lo que tomó 2 días. No pude encontrar el último documento. Fue tan raro. Los robots simplemente nunca pudieron aclarar sus historias. Ah, y sus agencias están ubicados en estacionamientos subterráneos. En serio, a veces pensar fuera de la caja es simplemente estúpido. Debería seguir el camino de WeWork.
