How to fix Sparkler app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Sparkler app on iPhone
Update Sparkler app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Sparkler iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Sparkler on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Sparkler network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Sparkler Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Sparkler not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Sparkler App
1. On android, goto Settings » Sparkler » click [Force Stop]

Update Sparkler to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Sparkler App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Sparkler » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Sparkler.

Fix Sparkler unable to contact server/ Sparkler internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Sparkler » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Sparkler » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
