If I could give 0 stars I would! What a terrible app and worse customer service! I made a reservation through AllIslandTransportation 4 days prior to the date. I was told I would get priority by making rez through app. No one showed up! No one contacted me that they would be late. Once I called, was told would be another at least another 30 minutes. They sent car from the opposite end of the island. After standing over 30 min in 80+ degree weather after being on hold for 10 minutes with customer service...I left in an Uber!!
Called ar 0635 to have a taxi by 0710 was not picked up until 0750 late for work what is the use of calling ahead they did not tell me it would have been over an hours wait making me 15 minutes late for work . This is why monopoly in business and neighborhoods .. not good no competition and feeble apologizes. Few years ago I use to use them same issues miss my railroad when going in the city for appointments left me stranded no shows .. now here I’m the fool again and nothing have changed except their fancy logos and some new cars !! I had to put a start in but it’s 000 stars !! None whatsoever !!
Don’t use this cab service they take 20 plus minutes to get to your destination . I called the cab and they told me my cab will be here in 25 minutes . 25 minutes pass and I called them and they said another 15 minutes , that’s when I got the tracking information and it said 25 minutes so I was waiting for this cab for over an hour and then the cab driver cancelled my cab because he didn’t want to come to my destination. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!! don’t waste your time or money .
Such a scam money scam! I can’t wait until Uber come back around! The worst customer service! They try to get you to pay a different price. Then want you to pay before your ride like Why am I paying before I get to my destination safety? The Supervisor is useless. It seems like I get in a problem with the drivers everytime I take this taxi! Super annoyed
Just like Uber or Lyft but option to pay in cash which is great!
