My app never launches. It sits on the game logo and says "verifying data" and never loads. I have left my phone on over night and charging to make sure if it was a loading issue and I did not give it enough time to finish in a day, but it never loads past that screen. Support for the game has had me delete storage, cache, uninstall, and restart countless times but they aren't giving me any more help. They did ask for my receipt and I verified my purchase so it should not be anything with account access. But I never get anywhere with it. I'm hoping somebody else has had this issue before to get me working again.

I spent money to buy all the game's expansion packs, and I realized the game is not updating on android, and it crashes and restarts the app all the time. a bit disappointing...
