Math tango 1 and 2 freezing up lately. When it opens up the world it just freezes. Have check for updates on game and phone, deleted cache. Called amazon they said its not an issue with my tablet but the game itself. I would just have to delete and start over which makes my son very sad. How is there no option to save progress so he doesn't have to start ALL over again?
App Won’t open

Using the app on iPad, my child has run into a glitch. When they are clearing the board, it won’t let them click the numbers for the final two pairs. We have tried force quitting and restarting the iPad. ,
I have a subscription, but I’m having problems with the app. My grandson cannot progress to the next level because it’s asking for a payment to play. I need to know what needs to be done to fix this issue.
