Math tango 1 and 2 freezing up lately. When it opens up the world it just freezes. Have check for updates on game and phone, deleted cache. Called amazon they said its not an issue with my tablet but the game itself. I would just have to delete and start over which makes my son very sad. How is there no option to save progress so he doesn't have to start ALL over again?

How to fix MathTango app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MathTango app on iPhone
Update MathTango app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MathTango iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MathTango on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MathTango network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MathTango Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MathTango not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MathTango App
1. On android, goto Settings » MathTango » click [Force Stop]

Update MathTango to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MathTango App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MathTango » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MathTango.

Fix MathTango unable to contact server/ MathTango internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MathTango » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MathTango » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MathTango
