Not Worth the money!!!!

Ok so I decided to try a reading and chose one of there top psychics I asked several questions in which NONE were answered instead the psychic wasted my time and money by going on and on about being born while Venus was in retrograde rather than answer just one of my questions. I was highly disappointed but thought hey it's fine no big deal there are others. Then I saw a thing that if you leave a review we will give you a free reading. I thought great that will make up for the bad reading. Left a great review and got nothing! Messaged customer service and again got nothing no reply or anything. So terrible customer service and there should be a rule that psychics must attempt to answer questions rather than waste time on useless knowledge we do not care about! Yes I edited this review for these..... update did a second reading with the same results!!!! Did not have my questions answered at all and instead was lectured about things. Asked for my money back and customer service has yet to help so seriously do not waste your money these psychics are fakes!!!

I have tried for several MONTHS to get customer service to fix my account for use. I was able to use the app in the beginning in which I truly loved then suddenly I wasn’t able to use it anymore none of my calls or chats would connect father. I’ve added funds and trust that customer service fix the issue but they never did. And then eventually stop responding to me. I’ve asked for a refund of my money if a fixation was not do you have apical. But again no response. I don’t understand why this is so difficult to respond and to help a customer out. It’s completely unreal and unfair
Great advisor but connection is horrible

Ive had great reading with some advisors on this calling app but the phone connection is always breaking up and thus I need to buy more credits and call again and piece the readings together . all they could tell me was well the connection on either end must have been bad. That doesn’t help that all of my readings had an issue with static and going in and out when talking with the advisors. Wasting my credits smh. And they refuse to refund or credit me or else they would remove my account. The support team is no help and a rip off. Also more than half of the advisors are never online
