I have had to update my phone and now I cannot install the app any ideas

Tried to upload four videos at once and the app crashed and deleted all my previous photos. It said error uploading contact please contact support and everything was gone. Does anybody know how to fix it. It doesn’t show up in my home screen but when I go to storage on my iPhone is still shows that I have 33 GB of consent in this app. Please help

My phone broke and I got a new one, when I downloaded the iCloud backup from the previous phone onto my new one, the new one still had the Underlock App on it but had the iCloud symbol next to it. When I tried to tap on it on the phone to re-download it from the cloud, it said the app had been removed from the app store and gave me two options: "keep" or "remove". I kept it and because of the backup file, I know the data (photos and videos) are still on my phone but because I can't open the app I can't access them. I know they're there and I need them but I can't get to them. I've tried data extractor programs on my computer and haven't figured it out yet. How can I retrieve the data on the app?

I just tried to get my photos from UnderLock and I can’t open the app I need those photos looks of memories can anyone help out at all ?

I need to renew my subscription how do I do it

I was using this app and had many important files. The airplane mode trick was working for me, but today I logged into the app and it said an error had occurred and it deleted everything on the app. I can get into the app but all of my files are gone. Has this happened to anyone else?? I really need to get these photos back

Has anyone had luck in contacting the developer? I deleted the APP and installed the new one. Thinking that this was the new APP. An updated version and my pics would be back. Unfortunately not the case. Hopefully they will be back and we can get our data.

So I’ve just been reading all comments after not being able to access my photos. This is what I did and it worked! Turn off wifi and in app settings turn off mobile data then open app and you can click X. Tbh I was surprised as lost hope to get photos back! good luck

These app developers should be ashamed of themselves. I have lost valuable photos that I can never get back. I am devasted. I have tried the airplane mode trick and that doesn't work.

apparently this app is no longer available in “my region/country” the terms and conditions to this app also state that they are not responsible for our data if they temporarily or permanently disable the app. so if they don’t come back, we’re all screwed.

I open the app it come up with a screen that says start free trial. I am already a subscriber and when I click on it it comes up with error. I have a lot of content on this app I need to retrieve! Like everyone else is saying for the past month. This has not been the problem for me just a week ago I had access so this must be some kind of glitch.

I downloaded the new version of underlock in hopes that they could merge my old account the the new paying the platinum subscription and it said it could not restore because my acct had expired... but it was on automatic renewal so basically It did not expire it was non-renewed w/out warning. Please help us retrieve our files thanks

I have experienced the same thing. I emailed the developer (ReadIQ) at info@redacted and have not gotten a response. www.hypeitem.com appears to be ReadIQ's official website, but it also is a single page terrible looking site; so I don't know how totally legit it is. I did find a workaround though, at least on iPhone. I put the phone into Airplane Mode and wait a minute or so before launching the app. Then when the "Upgrade to Premium" page comes up, there is an "X" in the upper left hand corner that you can click and X out of the page. Then you have access to your photos. I am having to save them to my phones photo roll one at a time though, because trying to do more than one at a time bring sup the same "Premium" ad that blocks me. I will simply save all the photos to my phone, and then hide them again in a completely other app, since this one has disappeared on us in a most unsatisfactory manner.

What happened to this app?! I need to access it because I’m still paying for it? How can I see my pictures? Please help!

You have to turn cellular data and Wi-Fi off.. then you can out in your code and “x” out of the subscription box. Then you should be good. It only works with both of these off

Same as other users, app subscription ended without warning on 1st March and all content lost. Please advise as to how this can be rectified and more importantly how contents can be retrieved.

The app is completely unaccessible and I have lost precious photos and documents. This is absolutely disgusting service and the people behind UnderLock need to address this immediately. How dare they

I put in my passcode like everyone else and same thing happened , no access tried to renew subscription and error all over again , even restarted my phone and same thing

I want to be able to access my photos to take them off this app before we need to take it further. You can’t just suddenly stop people accessing there private documents without notice. Resolve it or actions will be taken. And i hope everyone else in the same boat will do the same thing.

I had all my valuable pictures and I was paying every month. So many people are in trouble because of closing the site without warning us, customers about It. Please, customer service employees find the best way to return us to the site, at least to take out our pictures from UnderLock.
