I’ve had constant difficulty with the ASHP Live app since day 1. It is slow, crashes, and sometimes just freezes for no particular reason. I’ve tried it on multiple Wi-Fi networks and on full signal 5-G and same issues. Thank you for providing the pocket guide as ASHPLIVE technology needs some significant improvement. Still enjoying the meeting though!!

ASHPLIVE is very glitchy and slow. Overly busy making it difficult to find what you need. Crashes and freezes often. When trying to look at your schedule it will often take at least a minute to populate.

Incredibly glitchy and slow. Closes abruptly. Takes forever to load the schedule. I am most think it would be better to just use the website! Incredibly frustrating experience at midyear 2022 on both iPhone and iPad.

Why bother going to Frozen when you can experience ASHPLIVE at the comfort of the convention center?

ASHPLIVE freezes all the time, does not respond to commands, janky and poor experience overalll. I had to double check that I’m on iPhone 13 and not the Palm Pilot. ASHP needs to replace ASHPLIVE vendor, for the amount of money we pay for the conference, we expect a functional app instead of this garbage.

I keep getting logged out of ASHPLIVE which requires me to sign in over and over again and go through all of the info prompts. When not getting logged out it freezes and I have to log out and start over again.

The only reason I have ASHPLIVE one star is because I could select zero. Worst app, takes forever to load, doesn’t sync with calendar, freezes quite frequently so I have to restart it, and several features like poster sessions and residency showcase listings did not function.

App has failed to be functional with every attempt before and during the conference. I have downloaded and reinstalled it twice, yet app continues to freeze, be unresponsive, and take excessive amounts of time to load when it does function. Function to transmit schedule to calendar is spotty at best. For the cost of Midyear conference attendance, ASHPLIVE is unacceptable for ASHP to offer and endorse.

App is so slow; far too much going on with it that isn’t needed for in-person meetings. Takes up far too much digital space to keep after the meeting is finished.

Dropped my notes. Difficult to see my schedule and slow to load. Wouldn’t recommend.

ASHP has done a great job with the functionality of ASHPLIVE . Likes taking notes and being able to send myself an email to save the handout with notes.
Crashed numerous times during the day on my iPhone and iPad. Hence the 2 stars.

ASHPLIVE seems to pick and choose when it wants to freeze up. Often my schedule does not update even when I can see it on the Midyear website.

ASHPLIVE has the right idea and is very helpful. However, I did find it extremely slow and it kept logging me out so I would need to re-enter the access key.

In terms of speed of ASHPLIVE , it would take a long time to load that my classmates and I found it quicker to use alternative routes for information.

There is lots of potential and when not in a rush ASHPLIVE is very helpful. Just little things to fix for next year.

Selected sessions appear twice on my schedule. Application keeps freezing. Should have a dedicated place to record the session IDs for c.e. Should be able to download entire slide presentation instead of just single slides as an image.

I absolutely loved ASHPLIVE !

ASHPLIVE was extremely helpful and it allowed me to process my CEs in a timely manner. It saved me time from flipping through the conference book and looking for booths during the exhibition.
One thing that I wish worked was the scanning of badges so that we could network and share profiles.

Also it would have been helpful if the posters were arranged a bit better in ASHPLIVE .

The morning CEs should also be a part of ASHPLIVE to process CEs, maybe that can be negotiated with PROCE in the future.
Also having a post feature within ASHPLIVE (similar to IG would be nice for all of the organizations that have a social networking functions). This will remind users or even allow more users to see the post and improve attendance.

Also when taking notes during the CEs the notes section did not expand as it should. This feature can also be improved for taking notes within ASHPLIVE on all devices.

Simply reviewing the full schedule through ASHPLIVE is slow and have observed complete freezing where I had to close ASHPLIVE and reopen to the schedule page again despite being connected to the network WiFi.

Update: I called tech support and I had to “refresh schedule” and now it is syncing.

I went through the itinerary on the website before ASHPLIVE was released and selected all of the sessions I wanted to attend. Now when I downloaded ASHPLIVE and logged in, my itinerary is completely blank, so I guess they don’t sync and I have to do it all over again in ASHPLIVE . Big design flaw if this is the case.

I liked ASHPLIVE . The only thing wrong was that I was not able to process CE credits and had to log into the ASHP website to get this done.

ASHPLIVE was very useful, even the push notifications about extra-event. Would give 5 stars if I could use ASHPLIVE to record the CE attendance codes I received.

I love being able to store “my plans” for my own reminders and clarity...and for easily showing my colleagues the sessions that I am attending.

I used ASHPLIVE before, during and now after the conference! It was fantastic! The only problem I had was a user issue. I expected ASHPLIVE to keep my poster selections marked with a star and didn't realize until Tuesday they were summarized for me. Next time I'll be more savvy! Wished I could tweet from ASHPLIVE .

On ASHPLIVE I was able to attend 3 CE in the mornings from my home on the couch, to finish off my CE needs for the year. Very awesome material presented. I am impressed with ASHPLIVE, of course the content of the educational activity, & the entire process of being able to be obtain CE hours.
