Why is my UniPro app "not active"

The unipro app is no longer active. I had over 4800 hex tokens that I don't know where they are now. I have yet to get a response from Unipro/Hex Toys.

The app is inactive and it’s disappeared from App Store . I can’t ge into my meta mask says Face ID not working and password is invalid. I know my password I hope I didn’t get skated

NOT UNISWAP OFFICIALLY
At first I was happy to see Uniswap made a app just to realize it’s by HEX a small project that token values a little over a 3rd of a cent 0.003 Uni should blacklist this project from promoting them and what’s up with the ridiculous fees if ETH is broken why use it? Maybe if I see some more effort to promote and value raising by this HEX on the blockchain I’ll change the review but this was a poor attempt to jump on the wagon as soon UNI drops to get money at that not even to Correlate with the project in anyway just UN-Downlod for now it’s Bull and not in the Bearish way..

Transactions failed & no free coins
This exchange took my Ethereum and didn’t exchange for Synthetix. Then it didn’t give me my 400 free coins! Not impressed and disappointed.
