Got the App and used the feature to buy crypto with Credit card. Quite a lengthy process with ADVcash (apparently they sit in Russia). Still 2 Stars for that. However I used 4G Network with VPN to make the buy transaction because I was traveling. 5 days later all purchased crypto got stolen from my wallet. I followed all instructions laid out in their security notes e.g. not using public WiFi etc. but sorry how you can call it a safe and customer friendly service???
Inquired with customer service. Took forever to get hold of them, no interest whatsoever but standard Blabla (we can’t do anything, it’s your bad luck, follow our safety advice, etc. etc. )
I would rate this with 0 stars. Very disappointing!
There seems to be a big bug in the app: all receive wallet addresses are the same, so I controlled the given address at BTC-Explorer and it returned an error.
App is crashing all the time, not possible to select anything... hope for updates
A Kontor stuff is missing. It is not possible to see ETH in this wallet. In the web wallet you can see it.
Also you cannot hide worthless tokens. There is no possibility to sort the assets listed in this App.
Also the issue with the RCV Adresses is correct.
There is a lot of work To do guys!
