TeamSideline Reviews

The look has been greatly improved in the past couple months and has made TeamSideline look more modern. There are still a few things I’d like to see changed; like the scrolling on the calendar page. However it seems like there has been a lot of updates lately.

Pretty good app, wish you could add images though. The reason I gave a high score is because I was having issues logging in so I emailed support and they helped me right away to fix them. I asked about images because you can add images on the web and they said they are adding that option so I am looking forward to that! Thank you!

Easy to use and nice to have an application readily accessible when able! Could use a few design feature upgrades like “how to” for folks not as familiar with phone applications.

Love the reminder emails of upcoming games and events, mass communication emails made easy, and having schedules all in one place.

I’m the President of South Florida’s largest recreational baseball league. I’ve gotten many positive comments on TeamSideline from our 550+ players and families. Keep up the good work.

TeamSideline doesn’t make open chat with the team possible. We have to wait for emails to come through to get any updates. Makes last minute changes hard to receive. App is useless for anything other than game schedules. Go back to the drawing board please!

Great app, especially for the amount of content put into it.

TeamSideline is not user friendly. Always have to reboot it. Can’t easily let two family members view team info. And why can’t you update attendance in TeamSideline ? Can only do it from the email reminder. Awful!

New look but what happened to the summary of the game-day roster? Difficult for the team manager to see at-a-glance how many are signed up.

THE WORST. Run away as fast as your fingers can carry you!!!!!!!

App and Desktop site make it very difficult to send out communications. Formatting of text always gets messed up. Doesn’t allow proofreading before sending out. Desktop logs out while typing communications forcing you to start over.

Still waiting on functionality to submit post game reports and to see my schedule for games. Worked ok when I was a team manager, but the interface is greatly outdated and it is not optimized for the latest OS. Hoping for an update soon.

Got TeamSideline to view schedule of my girls team. Once I downloaded TeamSideline it would not let me log in. I tried multiple time and it would say wrong email or password. Even though it was the correct one. I'm able to log on on the webpage so I don't understand why I can in TeamSideline .

Emails sent out through mobile app are not making it out.

Was advised to use desktop on a browser, if so, then what’s the point?

Texts are not working either.

Not very easy to use support limited can't delete a series of events

Why is area we are supposed to type and email in black with black text? Can’t send emails because I can’t spell check. Please fix this ASAP

Wish there was a rsvp option so parents or players can put whether they’ll be at a game or not.

Seems to be a repeat of another read issue. Web site works, but user/pwrd fails here on TeamSideline....

Very very basic. No real benefit to using TeamSideline .
