I had an issue similar to other users. Free subscription could not be cancelled and “translated” into a paid one at over $20/month. I noticed on the second month and thought it was another security breach with my Amex. Amex statement does not list the name of the app just “iTunes” charge. I had similar fraudulent charges before and every time those were a result of a security breach. Replaced the card, hassle in itself, disputed the charges and now my Apple ID was disabled. Customer service at Apple was supposed to be open until 11 CST but, apparently, they changed it to 10 without notifying anyone. Very disappointed in this developer but, especially, in Apple customer service.

This app constantly says ‘no internet connection’ When all my other apps are working on my WiFi..Probably does this because I opted for free version...What they are trying to charge for this app is BEYOND A JOKE!!! One option is for 20 bucks a week!!! Lol Are they serious? They then offer their best option for 40 bucks for the year...These developers are nuts!! If they just charged 10 dollars one time fee then it might be worth it...$9.99 for life in my opinion...These people are rip off merchants...Keep your money in your pocket and go with a $4.99 one time option...There are enough of them out there for just 5 bucks with no ads!

I would give this a zero star if I could. As other users, I cannot cancel the free one week trial subscription. I downloaded to try it today. It does not show up as a subscription, I think, because the trial is free. Even though it says you can cancel any time within the first week you can’t because it does not show as a subscription. Apple was no help because they just keep saying it isn’t a subscription, even though I had to click on free one week subscription. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP UNLESS YOU ARE SURE YOU WANT TO KEEP IT AND PAY FOR IT.
