How to fix Swipa app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Swipa app on iPhone
Update Swipa app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Swipa iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Swipa on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Swipa network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Swipa not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Swipa App
1. On android, goto Settings » Swipa » click [Force Stop]

Update Swipa to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Swipa App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Swipa » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Swipa.

Fix Swipa unable to contact server/ Swipa internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Swipa » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Swipa » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Swipa
