After two months, my account is gone

Downloaded the app after the marketing team came to campus and, at first, I liked it. It was buggy setting up my profile, but it was kind of fun talking with other students. Since about a week ago, I wasn't getting notifications, so I tried to log into the app and my account info was no longer saved. I've tried to reset my password twice and it's been two hours since the app said it would email a link to reset my password. It was a hassle creating an account, so I won't be making a new one.

this apps gets on my nerves, it freezes so i have to constantly close the app and open it again. some of the chats don’t pop up so it’s the same cycle over and over again. sometimes i don’t even want to use it because the app has been frustrating to even be on. please fix this bc it pisses me off everyday
