Neopolitan pizza is typically made with fresh yeast, but the app currently doesn’t have that option. ADY/IDY/sourdough is not enough. ☹️

Definitely get this app if you want a quick way to figure out ingredient amounts for any amount of dough you want to make.
Some requests for future versions:
1. Allow dough ball sizes to be adjusted in 1g instead of 10g increments.
2. Allow changing of yeast percentages. (Maybe with a “defaults” button to restore values to original percentages.)
In fact, an advanced settings tab that allows changing percentages of most of the ingredients, especially with the biga and polish, would be a great addition. With a biga specifically, I have had great results that don’t conform at all to the percentages and ferment times in this app. Allowing more control over this feature seems the best way to implement it. Again, with a “recommended defaults” button to input the default numbers currently used.
Thank you so much for this great app. Very well thought out. Also, I would be willing to pay money to remove the ads, for what it’s worth.

Will be using this to dial in my recipe for pizza dough. Would pay $5 to support the developer and hopefully see no ads. One feature I would like to be implemented is a dough schedule with customizable steps. For example a schedule would be 6:10 mixed dough, 6:30 kneaded and RT bulk fermented, 8:30 shaped and CT ferment, 1:40 RT ferment, 6:10 final shape and bake.
