Can’t upload clothes

I saw all the reviews raving about this app and got it immediately! Unfortunately, I was unable to upload any items. Maybe it’s user error, but I could not find a way to upload them. Would definitely be willing to try again with some guidance or tutorial! I looked around online and didn’t see anyone describe how to upload items.
Wasn’t able to do anything.

I could only scroll through unresponsive category options and nothing else. I was able to edit category tabs but I didn’t find any way to start uploading items. Frustrating. I deleted the app immediately.
I’m so confused!

what do I do after i crop and save the item? It’s not in the ‘no category’.. this app would save my life but its so hard to figure out :( anyone???
