I have had the app for a few years and recently had an update on my phone. Now every time I try and open the app it crashes completely, yet I have it on my iPad and the app works perfectly fine on there.
The app doesn’t open. It just stay some seconds on the primary screen, and then is closed.
it stopped working on my phone, by that i mean it exits the app by itself and on laptop it says error communicating to the server,,,
I don’t know why but it says that there was an error communicating with the server. I’ve tried every possible ways to fix it but didn’t work 😭please help me

doesnt want to download music offline
When you download offline it’s not there for me so I can’t listen offline
I usually can replay to a specific part of the song I like...that circle on line button...it's not working what to do

i can’t download offline, pls help me!!!
I downloaded offline songs and I could play those ones without Wi-Fi or internet well but starting from last three days ,I can’t play those songs offline & also download offline transaction was not found anymore.
when i try to listen to my music it says i have no songs on any of my playlist
After one song plays it cuts off !!
Hello, my problem is that, when I've conected to new wifi in diferent country all my downloaded song were unavailable in offline mode. But size of app is still 7gb-(meaning songs are still there) Thanks for help.
the songs dont continue when a song finishes and i have to go back to the app for it to continue. also the song that i am listening to does not show up when i slide down the notification bar from the top (iphone)
