Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever ALMujez app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix ALMujez app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ALMujez app on iPhone
Update ALMujez app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ALMujez iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ALMujez on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ALMujez network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix ALMujez not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent ALMujez app issues:

Force Stop the ALMujez App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click ALMujez app. » click "Force Stop".

Update ALMujez to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ALMujez App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "ALMujez app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch ALMujez.

Fix ALMujez unable to contact server/ ALMujez internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click ALMujez » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got ALMujez » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ALMujez on android.
