It wouldn’t even let me log in & instead directed me to use their website instead. The whole point of me downloading WAPlanfinder was to make something difficult & stressful less aggravating. Instead, I’m stuck on the log in page. I do not recommend downloading WAPlanfinder at all.

Only version 5.4 is available on WAPlanfinder Store, but WAPlanfinder won’t open, saying you must upgrade to 5.5 and recursively bringing you back to WAPlanfinder Store which only has version 5.4. Really guys? How hard can this be? You haven’t even had one person test this?

Can’t use WAPlanfinder to pick a new plan so it is basically useless. And the website has scheduled maintenance everyday during the easiest time for many people like myself to use it to research plans. Y’all have all year to do maintenance and we only have a few weeks to pick so if you can’t do online from 10pm to 3am then you should at least be able to use WAPlanfinder . But WAPlanfinder just redirects me to the shut down website. That’s stupid and pointless.

Every time I open WAPlanfinder , I asks me to enter my password to login. Why doesn’t it remember my password? If I’m logged out every time I close WAPlanfinder , WAPlanfinder won’t be able to send notifications so basically the notifications won’t arrive.

It gives access to less than half of the features of the desktop site.

You cannot check your document center to verify what you’ve uploaded, when you’ve uploaded it, and what still needs uploading.

This is crucial if you’re applying for coverage and have a sudden huge change in income that you need to prove.

I have never been able to get WAPlanfinder to work. Every time I try to log on, the error message “Oops, something isn’t working, try again later” comes up. I’ve tried deleting and WAPlanfinder and reloading but never works! The Health Pathfinder web site is frequently offline for maintenance, so I’d hope to use WAPlanfinder but no luck.

WAPlanfinder is slow to load pages and sometimes freezes. WAPlanfinder is also not super user friendly. It can be difficult to determine where you are in WAPlanfinder and what to do, as helpful information is limited.

So far so good, but just stared using. Would really like to see optional TouchID feature so I don’t have to keep re-entering my password. However, when the account password is changed, for example through the website, then WAPlanfinder should require authentication with new / changed password before re-allowing access via TouchID. (standard security practice)

I can understand some of the frustration I read in other reviews (the website downtimes are really frustrating, but that makes WAPlanfinder more useful to me).

That said, when you need to find out if your health plan has been renewed (and, consequently, whether or not you’ll be able to pay for your prescriptions ... tomorrow 😳😳🥺) it’s kind of an essential app ; )

Maybe not all people have that need, but I certainly did tonight. So I’m really thankful. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

There are sections of WAPlanfinder that direct you to the website, but that frustration is with the website, not WAPlanfinder .

There are other sections of WAPlanfinder that still give you information when the website goes down.

Just - as someone who knows: the website maintenance schedule isn’t likely to be the fault of WAPlanfinder developer. The developer almost certainly does not control that.

Could WAPlanfinder go further? Sure. But the fluctuations in federal insurance policies have left states with a LOT of work. The fact that they have gotten this far in the amount of time they’ve had (while undoubtedly having to prepare in case things go a different direction) is pretty impressive.

Tonight, I thought I might be uninsured (which would be a nightmare). I was incredibly thankful for WAPlanfinder tonight!

I Love WAPlanfinder ! It gives me the ability to upload and manage my account. Cuts down the waiting time on the 1800 phone number. Thanks

When I login my account with WAPlanfinder, and there is nothing there. Just empty, I don’t know how to make a payment. Please fix. Thanks so much!

I find WAPlanfinder very helpful & very easy! I love how you can submit documents from home with just a picture.

So far it has been so quick and easy directing me to the right services. Wow. What a relief. Fingers crossed WAPlanfinder maintains superb quality!

I love this feature for sending in documents

So far I have been able to do everything I needed including scanning documents and submitting right through WAPlanfinder . It is very user friendly and robust. Great job.

Very convenient. I only signed in and submitted a document by photo but it worked easily.

Hands down the easiest app I’ve used. Thank you for simplifying the process of getting information to there correct place.

WAPlanfinder doesn’t work, every time I’m trying to open it up its crashing. I tried to uninstalling and installing again , but no luck. Useless, deleting for good .

I already have an account but when I tried to login the result was only white screen with no information or anything. So disappointed.

App works amazingly well and is always being improved.
