Bookings with Enrich number (loyalty program) still have to be manually put into the app for trips. Frequently flights earning elite points (upgrading status) are not showing in the app, despite manually adding the flights! And the system to get them credited is bulky, admits it takes days, and there is no feedback when they are not credited. Overall one of the worst administered loyalty programs in airlines and the app reflects that. At least Malaysia Air is more dependable than Asia Air, but this app and their Enrich program need serious attention.

Payment function doesn’t work on their website or on the app. Tried entering multiple credit cards but each time the payment function doom loops with a message “Technical error. Please call customer service.” Functionality of this app is about what you’d expect from a bankrupt, state-owned enterprise full of salaried navel gazers…

Is one of the worst app for an airline. New user registration is a nightmare and did not work after trying several times. Data entry screens to create a new user acct are buggy. Whoever is the quality control mgr for release of this app should have been fired.
