I have found this app to be professionally done and very calming. This app provides many sessions. There is nothing gimmicky about the sessions. Her voice is calm, confident, soft and reassuring. After a few sessions I felt the quality of my sleep getting better It's not magic. It's practice you need to listen to it a few times.
