I bought CRB 3 weeks ago,I use it to clean 4 area rugs and after that is not working.
I tray mani times to contact someone to resolve this problem by Email and I got no answer.
There is not a phone number to speak with someone ,still waiting.
I thought this was a good company to get our supplies !
