Yesterday, I purchased 6 month service for 3 wifi panorama cameras. The cloud service app I purchased from Ucloudcam will not download. Therefore I want a refund. The transaction numbers are: 1073369731510702080, 1073370059542847488, 1073371149676187648 I was charged three separate payments of $45.99 for a total of $137.97 Pleae refund immediately.
I received notice of a pending transaction from "denghong camera service" for services I no longer use nor am I subscribed to any longer. How do I cancel the renewal, get refund, and get off your list. I noticed these charges have happened before and I would please like an immediate resolution to these unwanted pending transactions for services I DO NOT use.
