I’m not a native Houstonian, so I was looking for the meters in the metered parking downtown. No meters. Finally stopped, checked out the parking app, uploaded some funds to pay for parking, and that was it! There was ample parking spaces near the tax office and, from what I observed by taking a little walk, there was available space on most streets. Perfectly convenient and efficient.

App works great with parking and everything but after about 3 weeks it logs me out and when I trying to log back in it says my password is incorrect or invalid so I’m often having to make new passwords. Even made a new account and still does the same thing.

ParkHouston makes it very easy and convenient to park downtown/midtown. It’s raining now, so versus having to go fumble with the parking meter in the rain, I simply parked and paid through ParkHouston on my way inside the building. Genius idea!

Love the ease of ParkHouston! Truly convenient. The pay station wasn’t working and I needed to park at this particular location so I downloaded ParkHouston and paid for the parking there! Super easy to use!

It’s awesome when the machine is broken, but not so awesome when ParkHouston is crashing.
You can save spots.
Also it warns you when your spots about to expire and to add time without running down.

I have been using ParkHouston for years and it is a HUGE TIMESAVER. The street machines are EXCRUCIATINGLY SLOW and sometimes don’t work at all. With ParkHouston you never have to deal with them!

Parked in downtown Houston in metered spot and app accepted a 1.5 hour fee even though the location apparently has a 10 minute limit during that timeframe. ParkHouston should know these restrictions for each meter. Now have to pay a $45 fine (in addition to the $3.80 collected by ParkHouston ). Gee thanks parking app. Zone 4761.

iPhone X. Was using the android app successfully for a year on my s8+ and note 8. Bought the iPhone X and I can log in but no parking spots show up, I can’t search for meters and when I try to look at my account settings it fails to load.
