Hi guys, When I try to log into the app to pay, I am told that an email with log in info will be sent to me, I have never received any of these emails making the app useless. Please advise a solution.

How to fix ParkHouston app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ParkHouston app on iPhone
Update ParkHouston app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ParkHouston iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ParkHouston on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ParkHouston network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ParkHouston Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ParkHouston not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ParkHouston App
1. On android, goto Settings » ParkHouston » click [Force Stop]

Update ParkHouston to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ParkHouston App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ParkHouston » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ParkHouston.

Fix ParkHouston unable to contact server/ ParkHouston internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ParkHouston » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ParkHouston » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ParkHouston
