For several days the headings for each section showing the chapter and verses has been missing sporadically. It’s not a high priority bug but wanted you to know.
I have not been able to login for about a week now. Has automatically logged in for well over a year prior to this.
I've also been experiencing login issues off and on since the beginning of the year. The problem has only gotten worse over the last 10 days or so. I seem to be able to log on in the late evening for some unbeknownst reason, yet still with some glitches. I've been listening for 2 1/2 years, and am fairly active, and somewhat committed to praying on the prayer wall. This issue is frustrating to say the least. I pray it gets resolved soon I feel a real connection with the DAB community, but this distraction has caused me look elsewhere on line to be able to find a place to intercede for others.
Won’t login since beginning of April, 2033. Says “your login failed, please try again. Error message: a time out occurred while waiting for a response. If a problem persists please restart your app.” I’ve restarted the app several times, deleted app and reinstalled, won’t let me change passwords (won’t send password reset to my email.) Help.
Unable to login to DAB since 1 APR with my account
I have been having problems with the app since yesterday. It won’t let me log in at all. It keeps saying it failed. I even changed the password, but it still keeps saying it failed. This is so frustrating, as I have been reading/listening daily since January 1st, as well as having my children listen/read the kids version.
Was on automatic login and all was well 2022 and this year until yesterday. It timed out during daily reading and the requests to change password and login are both not working for me. I can still login as a guest.
Not able to sign in since 4/2/23 Tried to sign in with new password, multiple times.
Cannot login to app or web player.
I cannot log on as a registered user anymore
My daily audio app hadn't worked since March 30th.
