This is a horrible App. Constantly loosing connection. Both devices need to be on same network, otherwise to use need to buy additional services. I confirmed both my devices were on same WiFi and it still disconnects. When disconnects to see picture need to close out of app and reopen to work. Had to keep baby monitor on selfie mode because regular camera was just a black screen. Did not get notifications every time my baby would cry, it’s very random when it wants to work properly. Highly recommend not purchasing this app. Creates more of a headache than a convenience.

Avoid. Frequent connection issues. Unclear in app what/where the problem is as far as which device has the problem. Weird when both are on the same WiFi network.

Then app crashes/unable to load issues fairly often as well. Occasionally have to uninstall and redownload to get back into the app. Conveniently app not working around time of subscription renewal so I was unable to cancel before being charged again.
Stay far away.

Downloaded this to check it out as i needed to be able to go downstairs while baby sleeps. Tested it in front of the crib and i could hear feedback so i assumed it worked, went down to the kitchen and after a long while constantly checking the app thinking it was all fine i get a feeling and when i ran up to check my girl was screaming at the top of her lungs! I didnt hear a thing on the app, it still said she was sleeping!
