I downloaded the music to listen to “my music”, every time i open NCT , it automatically turns me to “suggestions” - which I don’t know and don’t like the type/song. Not only that, when i refresh NCT , i lost track of the music i was listening to, i wanted to listen from my list, but NCT didn’t “remember” it. I don’t know where i left and it was very extremely annoying. The old version has everything i need and I want, it stored the music i was listening to and continued where i left. And the background was friendly to use as well. I don’t like this new color of NCT . Please return back to the old one.

Don't push the download song button. It tell you to buy membership then take you to ad page and stay there forever and you cannot exit the ad until you download the ad game. NCT feed you invasive ads and give you no option to get back to your song. This is why I uninstalled your app before. Your practice never change now I must uninstall it again. I understand you must make money to maintain NCT but you are so greedy. You drive me nuts and I have to quit.

I’ve been using this apps for a while. I like it but choosing monthly subscription instead of annually because I like the flexibility of canceling it at any time.
Luckily, it works now for me because somehow the apps owners decided to down grade my service and added advertisements unless I “upgrade” to VIP. It’s time to say goodbye.

I am writing this review as a paid member of NCT. I have started paying membership last two months ago and my membership will be ending on November 2nd, 2018. After I updated my phone to IOS 12, NCT started telling me to buy membership even though I already have it. I checked my iCloud subscription and I am subscribed until November 2nd. NCT will then having apps pop up all the times and NCT nags me to buy membership. I have now canceled my current subscription until the developer fix NCT .

There is the positive in NCT which is quality of the music and the ability to make a playlist and add songs. The negative in NCT is the popups which is annoying at times. Although, Vietnamese and Korean music works as well as the playlists, the U.S. music and playlists do not work in which that needs more improvement on.

This is a great music app, one of the best I’ve ever used. One huge problem is the update. Each time I’m forced to update NCT , all downloaded offline contents are either completely wiped out from the offline library or I’d have to re-download all the contents I’ve already downloaded prior to the update.

I’ve been using NCT for years and never had any trouble with finding the music I want. But about a year ago, it started to limited my enjoyment by inserting an error of “content no available in your country”. If the music is available on this app, then it should be available for all users no matter where they are. As a modern society, we shouldn’t have to be restricted by the music in our own language, but we should be able to enjoy music in other languages as well. By having my enjoyment restricted, I no longer feel it’s beneficial to pay for a service that I can’t get full usage out of it. Maybe this is something the developers should focus on, and solve the issues before more subscribers part ways with you.

Used to you can back up all your music but now you only could back up 50 at a time only. If you want no limit, have to purchase an upgrade, which only get 4 stars.

I love NCT for like 5 years, but in this month there is something really bad happen, I download the song but it's don't appear in the offline playlist, hope you fix it.

My favorite music app. I’ve been using it for 14 years now…

The ads pop up so many times even when there is no ads to show

I’m in USA, the only music that are available to listen to are any genre for Vietnamese music!
I can’t listen to American, Chinese, korean or any other countries musics at all!

Previously, i paid by visa, now i want to pay through app store but can’t, app said that no subscription. How to do that ?

Can a developer of NCT, by any chance know why, I can’t download NCT onto my apple ultra 2 watch? Besides that, this is a great app for Asian music. Thanks

Decent music app. Frozen at times. Has potential to be one of the best music on the AppStore.

The is the second year I’ve been a member. About 8 months ago, I couldn’t upload some instrumental music that I wanted to hear. Now, it pops up ads that was unwanted. Never have advertisements when you had PAID to listen to. I hope you fix this issue, if not, after this contract I will cancel.

I have respect for all the music I have been able to access through NCT. It’s beautiful and numerous other explanations I could use. I love NCT.

I’m pretty sure NCT is for Vietnamese people and maybe some Americans but like please update to no WiFi while listening cause is better. But still NCT is amazing keep up the good work!

Somehow other people use my account even though I keep changing passwords but it doesn’t help. How does this happen???
