Slow, bugs, inconsistent.

This app constantly needs to be closed out and restarted from all dealer staff. I’ve tried with WiFi, without WiFi, and have had so many errors it’s insane. I’m constantly refreshing and signing out even then I’ll have to remove my email and restart to sign in. Takes minutes to load data and then will show no inventory selection. Trying to do all this in front of a customer is embarrassing and then we’re supposed to try to pass this horribly running app over to our customers who have the same bad experience. The worst part of my day is opening this app which I have to do everyday and pray it works. KARR seriously needs to invest into a better running system or just get rid of this system completely and go back to the old system. I hope they can fix it or my dealer can find a better system because it’s not worth the frustration from the staff or the customer.

This app has been really helpful at the dealership when I need to Locate a vehicle on the lot. Being able to use my phone and this app to search for inventory is surprisingly helpful
