I have an Android Cell Phone I want to download. the VAVA Home App, having problem. I have 4 VAVA Cam Pro and and a Hub Model #VA-HS003 send me a link at my cell phone #228-5444.

I tried logging into VAVA on my iPhone and all I get is "failure". I had trouble before when it did not recognize my face ID and had to log in using my password. That had issues too. Is this company still in business? When I see typos on a contact site, that tells me something is wrong. Because this message did not go through, I may have to look for another home security camera.

The NAS slider turns off in the app? And even if the cameras are fully charged coincidentally i don't get that video footage? So if the camera is on 24hrs then there should be backed up footage of any movement within setting range, but I get mailman already leaving the yard NOT arriving, entering yard and leaving packages?

Notifications stopped working on my iPhone.

I am beyond frustrated with this product. Notifications on my iPhone stopped working with no explanation why, no settings changed. Everything appears to be set correctly. I am now assuming that app-to-iPhone notifications require some sort of working service or server in between the two and hosted at VAVA. That would be a terrible design and would mean that my notifications would stop working if VAVA were to have a server down or even if they go out of business. I probably have $800 invested in this system with multiple cameras. Did I just throw all that money away? The last time I sent an email to their support email address, I never received a reply. Stay away from this product.

I hate that you have to go through the app for everything, because the app I believe is the problem on why it won’t work. It’s a beautiful system, but looks aren’t going far with me when it won’t work. I can add the base station, but when I try to add the cameras it says that I need to add the base station first (already been done app, sorry). The app (assuming it’s the newer version) also doesn’t match the instructions. Their technical support is a joke (I can only reset it so many times, it’s not going to make it work). Overall, don’t waste your money. It doesn’t work.

Still BUGGY

We supported this product through their crowd funding campaign only to wait over 3 years to receive the product. The product looks and feels wonderful BUT...the software app to operated the device is horrendous. The camera does NOT pair with the base station, even after hearing the “camera paired” audio prompt. VAVA needs to focus on fixing their products for ease of use before venturing to their other products. People will not see the products as “Reliable” if they don’t work. I currently have VAVA paper weights, just waiting for the software to update and Work!
