Toca Boca World Status

My daughters to a life won’t load her houses and gets stuck on the loading screen. How do we fix it

My daughter is having the same issues as alot of other users on here. Game loads to the home screen, select a building then the app crashes. I've spent a fair bit of money on this game so can the developers sort this out ASAP please.

I play toca boca for a week now, i loved the game but when i open the app and click a building it goes to the loading screen and then it freezes. Please fix it cuz its a wonderful game.

Won’t load and has been stuck for two weeks despite updating

The game crashes when my daughter enters a house etc. This game has had many add ons and $$$$$ it would be lovely if you could fix this issue. Thankyou it’s a fantastic App!

I have put countless hours and many dollars into this app and it is not working. When I go into the app it loads, but when I click a building it takes me to my home screen. It keeps exiting me out of the app. I have spent so much money on this game. Please fix it. :(

Toca life keeps crashing and keeps taking me off the game . When I go to the buildings it says loading then it crashes and resets everything . Then the characters I create don’t show up . I think the new Toca life update is the problem

I can get into the app just fine but when I click on a building it takes me to my home screen. I have put money into this app please fix this

When my son clicks on the app to play it will load but when he clicks on a building to play it immediately goes back to the Home Screen. I have spent several dollars on this game for him. Please fix this issue!

When my kid try’s to go to a world in toca world it will kick her out to her Home Screen. and this has been for a couple of days.

Every time my daughter tries to enter a house it says loading then it exits out of the app. I’ve tried clearing the cache but still nothing. This has been going on the past 3 days. She uses her amazon fire tablet.

Downloaded Toca Life today to do the earth day event since we have several other Toca games my kids are obsessed with. The problem is that all buildings are black when it loads and it’s crashing if I do anything, even browse the store. My kids are so disappointed they can’t play. Please fix this so we can play.

Can get in the Houses

In the last couple of days, Toca World has...gone weird! Characters hovering in mid air, items misaligned, then the game reset...twice. The first time Toca World reset I wondered if I'd switched it off during a 'save' and it was my error. But now it glitches and resets (e.g. characters resume original clothes) while the app is open. And when I closed and reopened the app, all the houses etc reset. Before these last few days, the app was seamless. Since the update (since the striped screens started saying 'loading' and 'saving') it's not really been playable, unfortunately. Maybe there was an update that my device can't handle? Thanks for any advice on an otherwise great game.

Everytime my daughter loads the toca world, after she clicks the play button to load building, it crashes. Why?!
