App is not too bad. Works but with vey fast internet connection (over 50-30). But support, is the worst I’ve ever came across. They charge you for a month before it is expired, and if you want to cancel it, it’s too late to do it. No money return, and I mean at all. Though, if you cancel it, they take the money and they cancel your subscription to, so although you payed for the current month, you have no money and no subscription :) What a joke. Never saw something like this.

No point using this app when the official Trakt app and many other 3rd party Trakt tracker apps do not have ads.

Also, I use Trakt lists a lot. this app does not have a way to search for Trakt lists.

When I first loaded Rokkr , it hit me with about 15 advertisements and pop-ups in the first two minutes. Other than that it seems like a nice app to have.

Beware of the Rokkr scam. I purchased a 1-year subscription in 2022. and buffering/app was performing terrible. I requested a refund the same day and cancellation of service - which was accepted on both ends. Fast forward a year - I got billed 55eur for a year of subscription after refunding/cancelling in the first time. Once you place your credit card with them - you have NO OPTION to remove it from your profile - so they can just bill it whenever. Very scammy practice, and they are refusing to refund at this point ( although I notified them within 48 hours ). DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ROKKR.
