Hello I installed the latest version of uvmate on my Android phone, and have allowed it to access my location but It thinks I'm in east Perth even though I am in Ireland, can you help me to set my location please. Regards Sheila

Force Stop the UV Index Now App
1. On android, goto Settings » UV Index Now » click [Force Stop]

Update UV Index Now to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear UV Index Now App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » UV Index Now » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart UV Index Now.

Fix UV Index Now unable to contact server/ UV Index Now internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click UV Index Now » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto UV Index Now » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
