The app doesn’t work after one use. Error message pops up and screen goes and stays white. I’ve tried this on my iPhone and iPad with the same results. Only fix is to delete the app and reinstall. If I have to delete again I will not be reinstalling.

How to fix DoYou app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the DoYou app on iPhone
Update DoYou app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall DoYou iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix DoYou on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve DoYou network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

DoYou Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix DoYou not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the DoYou App
1. On android, goto Settings » DoYou » click [Force Stop]

Update DoYou to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear DoYou App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » DoYou » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart DoYou.

Fix DoYou unable to contact server/ DoYou internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click DoYou » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto DoYou » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
