App does not work

I installed the app on my phone and started the game on the PS4 . Every time I try to press play on the app on my phone , I get a message saying you need to update your app to connect to this PS4 system . This happened with all the iOS devices I tried , 3 phones and an iPad. I deleted the the app and downloaded again , still didn’t work . PS4 system is updated , iOS is updated , and I downloaded the app from the App Store several times. I cannot seem to fix this sadly, so it seems I’ve lost the 18 dollars I paid for the game on the PS4 since I can’t connect to it .
App constantly crashes with no hope of an update.

App gets to the copyright screen then crashes even after resetting my iPhone it just won’t work. Tried to find support online for this game but literally couldn’t find anything. I’d love to play with all my friends but with no word from the devs or anything I feel like it’s a lost cause right now. Please fix your app.
Can no longer play

App crashes after flashing intro screen. Issue has persisted for months despite software updates and deleting and reinstalling app. Other friends with the same phone have no issues. App won’t even show up in the app list in my settings. So frustrating because we used to love to play and now I can’t.
