The “You” tab of the app does not work. Will never show the standing data for the current day. Hitting “Today” just shows the previous day. App does not seem to consistently track and record standing data. Linak sells this app as a major feature of their standing desk hardware yet it is broken. There are other major bugs including losing all of the profile information you’ve previously input (height, weight, auto drive, and reminder preferences). About the only thing that works is moving the desk via the app when the app actually connects properly to the desk. Also the developer needs to enable the app to be installed on Mac M1 desktops. The developer / Linak is completely ignoring the major issues with this app. Last update was 6 months ago. They will just comment “thanks for your feedback.” Horrible customer support.

1. After exiting the App (which eventually happens on any iOS device) it's somehow losing pairing so I have to press the button on the table for a few seconds to let them pair again.
2. No support for auto drive (move to favorite position) for IKEA Idasen desk. So no one-touch function. The developer reply is that the controller device lacks this feature. But we all know it's barely an excuse as they COULD program a automatic move feature right in the app—basically holding the button for me. The same way I will do this by holding the button manually.
Both issues are super frustrating to the point that I've started working on my own app using the Bluetooth LTE and learning the API. And it works well. Even on Windows (the Linak app from Windows Store cannot pair with Idasen)...

I fail to see where this app is even remotely necessary. In the time it takes to link to the desk, I could have tapped the control on the desk, and raised or lowered it. I tried to use the “You” feature which presumably is a challenge mode where you stand for a certain amount of time every hour, logging your results. I don’t know, because it’s completely non functional. I tap all over the screen with no effect. I emailed the developer and basically got email feedback that wasn’t particularly helpful.
