Terrible interface and customer service
I purchased this to service my online training business. First of all it is not user friendly. Every single client had trouble finding where the workouts were SUPPOSED to be located. I had trouble getting the workouts to my clients. When I reached out for help, I got a canned response and then NO RESPONSE. This is my livelihood and I need a service that will at least respond. Oh and trying to delete my account, yeah that’s a joke. I’ve tried 5x now! There are way better apps out there. Do NOT waste your money or time.

Not very intuitive and has a sketchy Interface
The app is requires lots of back and forth just to get a client set up. Not worth it with all of the steps. Looking to easily manage my clients, not idk why I have to even notify my client.

I LOVE THIS APP. I’ve been a trainer for 17 years and I find this the easiest to use. It has a great variety of options and for the money, you can’t beat it. It took me a little while to get used to but they have great support and education. The only thing I struggle with is finding the exercises I want. I call them something different. Example, scaption is “full can” in VG. So it takes me a bit to find what I’m looking for I’m sure as I use it more it will get easier. Definitely give it a shot!
