I loved the first two versions of this game. But this version, has way too many glitches to be enjoyable. after the ads play, the sound won’t work in the game. You’ll have to reboot the game and cross your fingers that you can load a game that will have sound. I wouldn’t mind paying the monthly subscription, but what reassurance would I have thought the game would play properly even after they have my money? Lets talk about the ads. They are excessive. You get two ads per play. The ads are very long, and you are not able to skip them.

I absolutely adore this game and the storyline and graphics, but the ads are bothering me so much! Every time I click on the level to play, it keeps saying ‘please wait we are trying to download a new ad.’ So then I wait and another ad plays. Then I watch the ad and when I click play again, it’ll say the “please wait” thing again. It’s so frustrating. I can’t even play level 5 on the pediatric level (the very first game stage by the way). I don’t mind ads, but I’ve watched 5+ ads to play ONE level and I finally gave up. Please fix this! I don’t care about the ads, but how many ads do I have to watch to play 1 level??

I really enjoy this game and don’t mind sitting through ads, BUT starting at level 50, the ads won’t stop and every time I select the play button more ads come up and I can no longer play the game. After reading reviews as far back as a year ago, this seems to be a common theme which the developers say they will fix, but it obviously hasn’t been so they must not care. Only in it for their expensive subscription paying customers.

I’m fine with watching ads to play the game, but not with the fact that I can’t even play. Over the past few days I’ve been playing this game, the ads have continuously shown up with only an “x” or “no thanks” to get out of it, but when those buttons are clicked, I’m taken back to the levels screen. I’ve tried and tried again to refresh the game and check my WiFi availability, but nothing seems to work.

The storyline’s great from what I’ve seen so far, but there’s no point in having a good game if people can’t even play it.

Either you guys need to fix the problems with the Oliver feature or remove it from the game. I never know when he will make himself known by squeaking or not. Sometimes he squeaks and sometimes he doesn’t. Not a major issue with the less difficult levels but when you reach the more complicated areas with an influx of patients and you get no alert that Oliver is present it really is bothersome. We play to get the best outcome and this makes the game not as much fun for me.

I played time to heal before this and my main gripe about that first game was that I didn’t like having to redo the levels for all the stars so I’m glad it changed in this one to being able to complete it all at once. Of course I did have to redo a couple levels because the challenges were very difficult maybe some a bit too difficult and required multiple tries but all were completable. The main big problem was that my game crashed several times after watching an ad to play a level which meant I had to watch another 60 second ad to play the level. Other than that definitely an upgrade from time to heal.

I love all gamehouse original games. I just don’t like the price tag. What I DID like with this particular game was there was the option to play for free with ads. At first, I thought it was ad overload as before and after each level you had to watch a 30 second ad. After the update (I think), it changed to a 5 second ad and a 30 second ad which made it a lot more tolerable.

The story line was excellent. I LOVED the mini games. I hope future games will offer the ad option.

I love this game (or the ten levels I got to play...) but after the first level you have to buy the game for $9.99. I understand that the company needs to make money but anytime you wanted to play the game you had to have WiFi and there were adds before EVERY level. I cant buy HeartsMedicineHospitalHeat and now I am stuck with a cliffhanger. Again this game is great and got my interest very quickly. But the other Hearts Medicine games also are only free up to a point.

I love this game and the story line behind it. The only thing I don't like is the sound effects the characters make when you touch them to assign them to a station, that is the reason it didn't get a five star, but other than that this game is perfect. The sound effects are not pleasing to the ear, especially when you are playing the game kind of loud and around people...kind of get some strange looks👀

I love this game! Have been playing it for over a month. However, I have reached a point in the last TWO WEEKS where I cannot play the levels because the ads do not allow me to continue. They show up, and I have waited as much as five minutes, but they don’t “end.” The only options are “learn more” or close. If I close it, the level doesn’t begin and I’m stuck at the level selection screen AGAIN! Even if I hit learn more and come back to HeartsMedicineHospitalHeat , the ad doesn’t let me play the level. I have been stuck for such a long time. This is also the case for the final fantasy ad. Even if I play the entire mini game, when I close the ad the level does not start, and I’m back at the level selection screen... I want to finish the story but I cannot progress as much as one level. Please change the types of ads you have. add more of the 30 second video ads because those are the ONLY ads that allow me to progress.

I will give five stars if someone can tell me how to get past these ridiculous ads or the developers offer ads that will allow me to continue playing.

This game is AMAZING! It has a great story to it with awesome characters and challenging levels! I just finished the game today and I can’t wait for the next one! I really want to know what happened to Victor lol. Also I love the bonus levels and the flashbacks, and when you get to decorate Allison’s apartment. I wish the next game was out already haha. :)

I’m a subscriber of Gamehouse games $9.99/month, and this one is by far my favorite! The storyline is great, and the levels are challenging without being impossible. I like that you don’t have to play each level multiple times to get all the stars unlike some of their other games! Keep making ‘em like this Gamehouse!!

This is my all time game! The graphics are amazing and the storyline is so layered and deep! I love the levels and how you move to different departments so it’s always something new. The music always matches the mood and everything is so well thought out. Everyone in the world seriously needs to get this game! I’m really looking forward to the third one! (Also thank you so much for making this game free!)

I love this game so much! Just one teeny question. Why can’t I do level 4? I clicked the play button many times but it still did not work. Great game though. I have one last question. What happened to Allison? I’m wondering if she escaped from the fire or burned to death. I would be so happy if you could respond. I understand if you can’t though. Bye!

I FREAKING LOVE THE GAME!!! I missed the fan hanging on the ceiling for level 51-60 and I just realized that. Below is false alarm, I’m really sorry. I thought I bought all the upgrades, but I still couldn’t earn the Daniel trophy which says “63 out of 64 upgrades bought”. After finishing all the games I cannot enter any shops before the game and I can’t buy anything, I don’t even know which upgrade I’m missing. I really don’t want to restart the game all over to buy the upgrade, I hope u guys can fix that. Otherwise, everything’s perfect, this is a great game!!!

There’s so many things I love about this game. I like that the settings and minigames change every 10 levels so that it doesn’t ever get too monotonous and complicated. I like the amount of bonus games and mini games. The story is great, and I genuinely liked and cared for the characters. I can tell a lot of time and care went into this game and I absolutely love that I was able to play the entire thing (in 3 days—I loved it that much!) for free.

Okay don’t get me wrong this game is AMAZING! I would recommend it but sadly I played it last night all the way until the next “environment” I guess 😂 plus I paid for the full version, but the thing is the next morning when I was going to play it again I lost all my data! I really don’t want to play it over again and I hope that there is a way to fix it. Was there a save button I missed or something? Anyway I do love the game, it’s a lot of fun to play but this set me off a bit...

I have played many, many games like this. The “career” and “task completing” ones. This has by far been one of my absolute favorites and the only one I’ve ever full finished! It’s fun, ever-changing, and just challenging enough to keep me wrapped up but not so much that it’s frustrating.

The storyline also kept me wanting to finish levels! That a first for me. And the music....the music (the actual songs with lyrics) is SO great!! I want to download them!

Keep up the good work!!! I can wait to start my next one from GameHouse!!!

I will admit, when I read the reviews, I was worried. I had NEVER seen in the history of Gamehouse seen a game I didn’t love. Nay sayers be darned. This game is free to play! HELLO?! Am I the only one who saw that? Granted, for the obsessive players, this could be a bit of a deterrent; however, then pay for the power ups and not the game. Amazing story. My poor Daniel—I am rooting for his recovery. If you have a ‘history’ with this game—no, I’m not creepy, but I am a writer, and I appreciate stories where I can develop an understanding/RELATIONSHIP of the characters. Well, Gamehouse just made that accessible to all. Stop your whining. It is EXACTLY what we have come to expect from Gamehouse and our sweet, courageous Heart.

It’s doesn’t allow me to play the next level because it doesn’t give me the right type of ad to continue so I have to keep pressing the button but it still doesn’t allow me to play and I’m not going to pay to not have ads. Please fix this. But overall it’s a really nice game but this is the issue.
