The riders/delivery man accepts the order without knowing the location of customers. It always creates a problem because when we are hungry and already placed the order, waiting for food after 10-20mins the delivery man who accepted my order calls and tells me that he cant bring my food for certain reasons like:
> its too far from my zone area
> i cant come this far to deliver food for only 30-40tk
> the restaurant is taking too long to make the food i have to cancel your order

And every time i order food from Pathao i have to order atleast 3times because 2 or more delivery man has cancelled my order already for different reasons. This is straight out harassment for the customers. Also the delivery mans are sometimes rude and whenever i call customer service nothing changes. I had to waste hours on this useless irritating app on an empty belly.

Please try to upgrade your services and Pathao . Why does a customer has to place an order for 3-4times ? Cant this issues be solved?
Their should a system where riders can see the address before confirming the order.
And if a delivery man cancels an order after accepting it the order placed by the customer should be automatically transferred to another deliver man. Why does the customer has to go through the same process of ordering again and again the same food? And Why do i have to get harassed like this everytime i order ? i get canceled by 2delivery man atleast.

I have been using this app now and then since past few years now. The experience has been okayish so far.
It’s time to say Goodbye for me considering the business model that this company is adopting to which is financially hurting if nothing else.
The office hour rates and rates after 5PM from Point A to Point B (I’ve set two locations so there is no chance of even an error of 10 meters) fluctuates crazy…
I get rates between two same points around 8:30 AM fluctuating from 122 to 147 rupees. Sure this company carried a trend of such business in Kathmandu but some other platforms offer a much more to me as a consumer.
Haven’t seen this app improve lately… It’s not about user experience for them anymore, it’s only about printing more money !

I ordered food via the this app app, the restaurant mentioned the ordered food has never been a not part of their menu (then why was it on Pathao ?). I asked them to give other dishes except the unavailable one, and they agreed. Half an hour later, when I called to check, the rider said this app office will cancel the order and I could reorder again - but they didn’t cancel it for the next 2 hours so basically I couldn’t order any food from that restaurant that night. What’s worse, nobody was available to speak at this app helpline or live chat or anywhere at 9PM! Nobody has even reached out to me yet with an apology for that mishap. Completely rubbish service and utterly disappointed.

Hire a good iOS developer and UX designer who knows how to scale and improve performance of Pathao . It’s terrible, your UI doesn’t respond properly when a ride request is made.
- most of the times the loading screen doesn’t go away right after a rider has accepted the request. User gets to know the ride request is accepted only if the rider makes a phone call to the user.
- if in mid request the phone screen gets locked, it shows no network connection even while clearly there is proper internet.
- when the loading screen goes away, the rider information does not show properly, you have to scroll up to see the rider info which is a terrible UX decision.
- the rider info is missing the bike or car type they are using.
- rider location doesn’t show and the estimated pickup time is missing.
Take a look at the uber app for example, it is more stable and has nice UX design. I am a supporter of yours but you should seriously work on Pathao performance and UX. Right now it is way below in terms of a polished product.

This used to be one of the best among the food delivery service now it’s just the worst. The courrier who is supposed to bring the food almost always cancel the orders and Pathao doesn’t even give a notification that it’s cancelled. Had incidents where I had to order 4-5 times a row and still every time it was cancelled. Notified the customer service team about these couple times, only thing they did was say sorry and that they will look into it. And the issue is definitely not solved. Today again the order got cancelled and that’s it for me. Never ever gonna order from Pathao again.

this app drivers in ctg are really rude compared to Dhakas ones. Doesn’t matter it’s a guy or a girl passenger, they seem to always cancel if the destination isn’t according to the one they desire. And the most annoying part where drivers keeps on asking where the destination is and cancels later on(even if the places are like halishahar/GEC cause they are gonna get paid accordingly anyway). Don’t think that’s how it should be working. So really don’t have any other option rather than using the substitute ride providers. The company should really start working on it. :)

I had so much hope in this app food. First few times I ordered they were on time and delivered it. But now they r worse delivery service ever ! Their delivery mans r very unprofessional and bunch of idiots !! They take order then cancels it. And why did u guys put this free delivery option ? It doesn’t even work. Remove it. Nobody asked for any free delivery system. Cuz whichever restaurants has free delivery options , when u order they won’t accept the order or direct cancel it on ur face !! What is this rubbish ! If guys r having money problems then ask for it. Don’t put on false advertisements !!

I am very disappointed at this app food. I usually order a lot from outside using other apps. Today I ordered from Chillox via this app but the rider called me and cancelled the order just because my location was far from the restaurant. A food delivery service shouldn’t be like this. If there is a limit or money range or a specific area range to order using service it should be mentioned but cancelling an order just because it’s far makes it an unprofessional and unfriendly service.

Something as simple as Sunlight AAA batteries or Super Glue can’t be found on your app. It’s amazing how you guys don’t have these simple products.

Capitalise on your strengths, I would have ordered these things from you guys ( fast delivery) rather than Daraz which takes 4 godforsaken days to deliver basic stuff.

These tiny issues matter now that everyone is stuck at home because of the pandemic.

Bangla option is taking time to load. In settings > about/help > faq ... it shows nothing in my device iPhone 5s.
Also you didn’t provide any report option brightly or anyway. It’s more important in a service providing app. Not only ride related report, but also app related reports should go through that.
And you didn’t get into your app without giving access to my location. It’s my wish to show my location. Don’t know why you are forcing me for my location. That’s bu@&#%*t.
Customer registration process is so much simple. They didn’t provide that much information about them. Well, that’s good and bad at the same time.

Very sorry to say that I’m too much disappointed about your map . Every time I’m getting so tired to find out exact location but when I tried to Uber very easily it’s coming, even when I write one or two words theres automatically showing so many destinations nearby & very easily I can catch up my exact location. When I’m Narayanganj zone it’s showing only Narayanganj area map never showing Dhaka map .if you’re planning to go long away than It’s should be more easier than others all competitors but Really don’t know you guys what work are doing there !!!
A very easy Advice is Plz contact with google team and explain them every single problems believe me they will help you more than your expectation.

I would give 5 star rating, but Now a days, Most of the time Pathao getting hang and also very slow. During pickup & destination selection it's very very slow. Also sometimes it takes half an hour to get a Ride even if the rider is showing sufficient in the map. Most of the time rider calls, before showing the accepted status. In previous versions, it was on avaerage good, but now a days your app has become an worst app for these type of bugs. Please fix this issues, and make Pathao as smooth as UBER or other app.

Map of this app should be more updated. Sometimes it makes mistake to pin point the location. And ride sharing app should be something in which we can see the real time update of the rider’s whereabouts. Performance of this app map is really mediocre. And riders should be instructed by this app authority to use the map religiously to track down the location of the user.

What’s the point of having a rating system for bikers when you can’t use that to pick them? My ride request was accepted by someone with an 80% ish rating and immediately I had a bad feeling about him, but to my dismay there was no option on my end for confirmation. Worst of all, he (and I) almost got hit by a bus because he slammed the brakes. The bus was not more than one feet away from contact.

I would like to inform that, if this app have their users app in IOS so why shouldn't for the this app riders? Uber have their own apps in iOS for both users and riders. None of the riders from this app never use iphone or what? I knew a lots of student from universities they also have riders account and using iphone. Bcz this app didnt provide any iOs for riders they are switching towards uber . Pls manage and develop apps for riders also. Please

I mainly use this app for the bike services which is quite useful in Dhaka, it gets ahead of the traffic at reasonable prices but today while going out the entire option for the bike just disappeared and it’s not coming back Pathao is completely up to date I’ve tried the customer support on messenger but help doesn’t seem to be in sight. I like this app better than Uber but if they don’t fix this problem they Aren’t leaving me a choice

In this app IOS app, when I try to search my destination location it can't do that. I tried so many time and last of all I had to select the location manually from map and this too much irritating. If it happens again, then may be I have to remove the this app from my mobile.

I am regular this app user. Very much glad about your service but a bit of disappointment that most of your rider don’t have helmet for passengers...It’s an urgent issue for safety. If you add a helmet service then I will give your app as 5 star.!

The new update really makes Pathao fast and the user interface is pretty clean too, but it’s way too simple looking. Also, the animations are not that pleasing to the eye which is a poor experience for the user. Not to mention the new update makes me feel like as if I’m opening an app from inside Pathao when selecting the bike 🏍 option which is annoying. Please add some smooth and cool looking animations.

I found an option “others” to complain about drivers in details but the option used to open a dialogue box to type before but is not available now ...
Your drivers uses slang words unnecessarily when i try to ask them the reason for them to cancel, they threaten using slangs ...

The latest version can’t track my current location automatically..... food options is not working as it can’t find my location

this app iOS app creates problems! Sometimes Pathao gets stuck at ‘meet at the pickup point’, whereas I’ve already completed my ride! I have to manually close Pathao and restart it to get the fare amount and leave a feedback. This happens often, and I’ve found it happening on other iOS devices, too. this app makes life a lot easier, but these tiny things (when happens repeatedly) are what might make a customer think twice.

Interface could be better and more smooth.

Extremely Unprofessional Service. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. I requested a parcel delivery, but the company failed to collect it. Despite daily calls to customer support, they assured me they were working on it. After 5 days, they canceled, claiming we missed their calls, though we waited on both our numbers. Subsequently, the same inefficient procedure was followed. Overall, a very bad service experience
