It will not record anymore. Says service error occurred. I paid for a one year subscription and have used less than a month!

To resolve Call Recorder network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Call Recorder App
1. On android, goto Settings » Call Recorder » click [Force Stop]

Clear Call Recorder App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Call Recorder » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Call Recorder.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Call Recorder » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Call Recorder » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Call Recorder
