The “How to use” tells you what to do but not how to do it. When I click on Exercise Planner it says none recorded. myrecovery says record your exercises but I cannot figure out how to do that! No amount of clicking through the numerous articles gives any explanation of how! I once saw a description of the exercises but they have since disappeared! I have searched repeatedly but they are gone. The Stats are grossly inaccurate—I’ve read and rated every article, viewed every video but Stats says I haven’t. Sometimes an article will suggest reading another article found elsewhere but no amount of clicking turns it up. Links within myrecovery would be most helpful. At this point the only reason to use myrecovery is for exercises but since that part of myrecovery doesn’t work, it’s useless.

I downloaded myrecovery as suggested by my doctor. I have not been able to do anything with it since I logged in. I get notifications telling me to do something and click on it and there is nothing I can do within myrecovery . Unfortunate.

Since update yesterday just crashes from the opening screen. It’s a good idea and set up but needs work

I like the idea but not everything allows you to record exercises or even surveys accurately. Most cases it didn’t let me record my exercises which I have done daily.

I should’ve got pain medication from you as I’m going through my personal pain for my shoulders like candy because the pain is so severe anytime I move. I’ve got ice on it during the day but I’m gonna be way short on medication at the end of the month because I’m using all of mine for this

I’m very impressed with the efficiency of how quickly I received an appointment, I went to Park Avenue which is Highway 17 In Orange Park right past Kingsley going south, love the facility. I was amazed at the check-in process, not only for me, but I’ve had to meet a sister there who was transported in a wheelchair, so quick and the appointment didn’t drag on for hours on end. I think Dr. Duffy is a very pleasant person, thoroughly knowledgeable and gets things done, right away! I’ve been in the Baptist System for quite some time, but I’m fighting changing over to StV’s.

I’m a little disappointed just had my gel shot last Friday but was also expecting to get the other knee taken care of since I had told Dr. Sullivan the it was my Primary Physician that had put in for it, also had spoken to Dr. Sullivan if he would submit to my Insurance for 3 shots to be given but no one knew if he had done that or not. So of course some what disappointed in that. I still feel some discomfort in my left knee so I don’t know what’s going on with that being the third day.

The system boot-up time is slow. After I opened the review to put in a number between 1-10, I wasn’t able to do so. Maybe I’m just a little impatient when I believe it should be an instantaneous process to rate my recovery. I hit “previous” and went back a page to try it again. Same slow process. So I just waited for myrecovery to catch up to me. You may want to put that on the opening page to be patient and let myrecovery catch up to your phone/computer.

I am so pleased with the care and open communication I received from Dr Keyes and his team at Edgerton Hospital. Both of my sons and I had ALL our questions answered and explained in a manner we understood. I would highly recommend Dr. Keyes for anyone looking to have knee replacement or revised knee surgery. He is phenomenal!!!!

I’m finding that myrecovery has really helped me to find comfortable positions where it doesn’t hurt to work out my knee — and a reminder at the same time that a lil exercise is helpful .

It’s nice to be tracked daily instead of seeing a doctor for the first time when your sutures are removed!
