Calabrio WFM MyTime Reviews

Used to work beautifully for me, up until two days ago I also only had to put my login in once and after that I just clicked agents every time I opened CalabrioWFMMyTime to see my schedule. Now I can’t launch CalabrioWFMMyTime . It either crashes immediately or goes to a white screen for around ten seconds and then crashes. Tried the basics like uninstalling, resetting phone, etc. I have iPhone 12 Pro Max, 14.7.1 iOS, and my job does use okta sso. I am completely willing to change this rating once it’s fixed just unaware of any other way to pass this feedback up

I personally really want to remove this apps out of our system because it is unfriendly use. Our company chose you, not us, the staff. Already, one staff quit his job because of your stupid app. I don’t know when we can be calm again with your app. It is really stressful for our working team to apply leave or swap our shifts.

It would be great to be able to swap shifts with more freedom. For example, being able to do a partial shift swap in order to give just part of your shift away, or a place to advertise requests for shift swaps so that other employees can offer to take it without needing to send out 500 individual requests to eligible coworkers. Works better than what my company was using previously though.

App works fine for what it’s needed for. The rating tossed me a bit, but looking through the issues makes it clear most issues are either user issues or organizational issues.

My company has integrated this program and it is 100% useless. Not only is my time and schedule wrong, but I can’t even use CalabrioWFMMyTime on my phone with the given URL. Also the fact that my ONE break a day is one hour after I get to work is just idiotic. I work an 8 hour day and get one break and one lunch. There is no reason for me to sit at my computer for 5 hours straight because this “great and wonderful system” has decided that my break & lunch should be taken in a 3 hour span after I have clocked in.

I am not sure what is happening, but CalabrioWFMMyTime was working perfectly fine until Sunday. Now whenever I try to launch CalabrioWFMMyTime , my phone screen turns white and then CalabrioWFMMyTime crashes. I have tried this on both my iPhone 11 and iPhone X. I’m happy to change my rating to 5 stars, but please fix CalabrioWFMMyTime
So I can continue to use it for work.

I have never had to delete and restore an app as many times as I have to with CalabrioWFMMyTime. I would no longer use it if my company don’t force us to see our daily schedule or schedule changes here. Will there ever be an improvement update to CalabrioWFMMyTime to correct all of its continuous problems?!

I signed in with my user name and password then screen went blank. I uninstalled then reinstalled via using employee scan again. Blank screen on both iPad and iPhone. Great update. NOT!

I can never look at my schedule and put times off since the new update. All it does is crash. I’ve tried every trouble shooting step, but nothing works.

It worked so well but now that I got a new phone it stopped opening! Frustrated now tbh.

After the recent update it has been in responsive. There’s a white screen or it just goes back to home Screen. At this time I wouldn’t recommend CalabrioWFMMyTime.

Clearly the devs didn’t update it. When it starts working, will update to 4 stars

Tried to sign in and it just keeps loading. Can’t even give a decent review because I can’t even get into CalabrioWFMMyTime . Asked for url and then loads. Haven’t even gotten to a log in screen.

After I updated to IOS 15, every time I open CalabrioWFMMyTime it crashes even after reinstalling.

takes too long to actually load up and enter in time off that once you it’ll denied because you were at the time needed to take off even though you entered it early or it’s a minute before or after because again it took too long to type in the info and on top of that if you appear as waitlisted on a request it’ll either deny or approve at the time you needed to take off which is 100% inconveniencing who has time to wait to schedule some thing until you know if you’re going to be off or not CalabrioWFMMyTime is so glitchy and doesn’t even transition to the next screen well.Only reason for a two star rating is because it lets me put in my time off work when it wants to work most the time I would 100% rather use my work computer

Site crashes and does lot load. iPhone 8 and the program does not open. Bug fix please!!!!!

Please fix this application as thousands of employees are without scheduling while not at their work computer.

Part 1. Great update, the only think is that CalabrioWFMMyTime stopped work.
Part 2. New update, and it still not working.

App won’t start & when it does it crashes. This has been happening for 4 days now.

It gives me an error “forbidden” and says to correct my URL or contact my administrator. URL can be wrong since I am getting it from their Teleopti website.

When I download it’s just a white blank screen nothing else appears

Yea I don’t know what else to tell you as CalabrioWFMMyTime is just unable to do what it states it will do.

Put in the url and it’s just a white screen

Throw the whole app away.

Stopped working with iOS 13.1.3 on an iPhone 6s. Seeing just a long string of code, clearly the backend coding. Please correct as I use CalabrioWFMMyTime every day for work.
