Used to work beautifully for me, up until two days ago I also only had to put my login in once and after that I just clicked agents every time I opened the app to see my schedule. Now I can’t launch the app. It either crashes immediately or goes to a white screen for around ten seconds and then crashes. Tried the basics like uninstalling, resetting phone, etc. I have iPhone 12 Pro Max, 14.7.1 iOS, and my job does use okta sso. I am completely willing to change this rating once it’s fixed just unaware of any other way to pass this feedback up

My company has integrated this program and it is 100% useless. Not only is my time and schedule wrong, but I can’t even use the app on my phone with the given URL. Also the fact that my ONE break a day is one hour after I get to work is just idiotic. I work an 8 hour day and get one break and one lunch. There is no reason for me to sit at my computer for 5 hours straight because this “great and wonderful system” has decided that my break & lunch should be taken in a 3 hour span after I have clocked in.

I am not sure what is happening, but this app was working perfectly fine until Sunday. Now whenever I try to launch the app, my phone screen turns white and then the app crashes. I have tried this on both my iPhone 11 and iPhone X. I’m happy to change my rating to 5 stars, but please fix the app
So I can continue to use it for work.
