Newest update broke the app for me
Used to work beautifully for me, up until two days ago I also only had to put my login in once and after that I just clicked agents every time I opened the app to see my schedule. Now I can’t launch the app. It either crashes immediately or goes to a white screen for around ten seconds and then crashes. Tried the basics like uninstalling, resetting phone, etc. I have iPhone 12 Pro Max, 14.7.1 iOS, and my job does use okta sso. I am completely willing to change this rating once it’s fixed just unaware of any other way to pass this feedback up

Useless
My company has integrated this program and it is 100% useless. Not only is my time and schedule wrong, but I can’t even use the app on my phone with the given URL. Also the fact that my ONE break a day is one hour after I get to work is just idiotic. I work an 8 hour day and get one break and one lunch. There is no reason for me to sit at my computer for 5 hours straight because this “great and wonderful system” has decided that my break & lunch should be taken in a 3 hour span after I have clocked in.

Does not work anymore.
I am not sure what is happening, but this app was working perfectly fine until Sunday. Now whenever I try to launch the app, my phone screen turns white and then the app crashes. I have tried this on both my iPhone 11 and iPhone X. I’m happy to change my rating to 5 stars, but please fix the app So I can continue to use it for work. Thank you!
