can't get the app to update and I can't use it till it does
Service Problem error message comes up on iPad. App works fine on iPhone. I tried deleting app & reinstalling, turned iPad off, cleared cache & history. Am using most current iOS 15.7 Nothing has helped. This has been going on for over a week.
Fan not swiching on. Started to swich on wit difficulty. I serviced it after it did not want te go on. Still not working.

For the last week or so I have received an error msg when trying to do a product search in the app. The error say something like “we are having system issues, please try later”. The issues have not been resolved. Any suggestions … besides “don’t search”?

As of Sep 9 Just for You log in page displays a store in Idaho. I'm from Colorado and used the same login for over 20 years with flawless connection. Now I'm blocked out.

Safeway is my fave store tho not the most affordable, having a rewards/points system and sales offsets that for a prudent shopper. The last couple months the app has not been working to load offers and I’ve missed out on a lot of air miles. I discovered I can get in through an email if I sign in and load from there which is extra effort but good to know. A teller told me Safeway will no longer be using air miles so that may be a factor in the problem. I received an email about a new Scene card coming out so we are probably experiencing transition difficulties. Tho it would be nice to be kept in the loop, I will still be a faithful Safeway shopper regardless

this app and customer support sucks. Convoluted instructions, overly complicated, does not work According to their tech, many versions of their app all available but do not work together OR WITH ALL PHONES. I WILLNEVER SHOP SAFEWAY AGAIN!
I'm not able to get into the Safeway AP. I called customer service and I get inconsistent information. This ap changes continuously. I have not shopped there in several weeks due to issues. Your company insists we load our card prior to shopping. That's hard to do when your AP is not working. Just for U items is a must we can't purchased any items without being loaded which is not fair. Please fix Safeway AP 😢
My Offers keeps blacking out and I can't see them (or I see it briefly before it goes blank). I got a special promotion and saw it, but couldn't see the expired or loaded offers. When I shopped today, the promotion was Spend $75 Get 75 bonus air miles but it did not show up on my receipt.
I cannot access the local Safeway Store Website. I get a message about the page not found and some inane statement about running out of eggs. If I try to look at the local Safeway adds it takes me to Oakland, CA. Since I live in Arizona that does not help. I have spoken with their tech support people on multiple occasions and they are unable to help me. I tried to send an email but they require your state but the area to input the state is grayed out. Sometimes you can clip the specials but other times you have to download the coupon electronically which I am unable to do. I use online checkin at several websites and the Safeway site is the ONLY one I have a problem getting into.
The app always frezzing or not responding. It usually works for about two minutes at the least and then it just stops. I have deleted it clear the cache but it does the exact same thing everytime I use it. It's frustrating.
Today I recieved an email offering a fee lemon juice. I clipped and went to store to buy but was charged full price instead of free. More and more often anymore clipped coupons are not taken off at the checkout. The app automically removes/unchecked list items. I have reviewed and rechecked items numerous times only to find that they are once again removed/unchecked. This is a crazy loop. At first the clip coupon and have purchase discounted bt that amount worked well but over past month or two it is more like bait and switch...has me check the item ...but adds additional list requirement to get discount...now it automatically removes my checks from the list and does not redeem clipped coupons upon checkout. What a mess...why offer a discount coupon if not going to honor it???
I have been trying to access your weekly ad for several day. I can get into the app but when I click on the weekly ad it states that there is no service and I should check back later. Could you please tell me what is causing this problem? Thank you. Best regards, Susan Ward
When I try to log in, the login screen keeps cycling, too quickly for me to enter anything. It just keeps going round and round. This has been going on for 3-4 days.
your app works only have the time does not show the sale prices when you check out and your poor cashiers can only say yes the app has problems call customer support. No wonder you cant get people to work for you, Hire a qualified company to make a app for you.

I cannot get my safeway app installed on my phone. Previously had the app on phone for several years. Visited safeway store in Evergreen, CO and changed the zipcode so I could use the app there. Now back home and can't install the app on my phone.

March 11, 2022 Safeway local Cortez store 1892 with copy to corporate headquarters 1580 East Main Street Cortez, Colorado 81321 Friends: Today’s overcharge is the 5 qty Tuna Salad. I found it as a surprise offering with a shelf price of $0.88. I picked up 5. Safeway’s computers rang up 7.45. It should have been 4.40. That’s an overcharge of $3.50. Please refund it with the sales tax that had been added. I note that the store staff is gracious in receiving these complaints. But why can’t the corporate people that decide to sell a item that had been $2.00, which produced maps that located it in a new store location, bring in an outside crew to relocate everything, produce a shelf tag announcing the attractive $0.88 price, and forget to program the computers at the sales counter? So, mostly this letter is for corporate. Will it be read by an actionable human? I have had many examples of check-out overcharges. All documented with similar letters. Safeway Corporate can't fix its disordered house. William Hendrickson
