Best app on the planet
This app is everything to a Melbourne makes living abroad! Sure, it can have a few hiccups from time to time but for the most part it gets the job done and at quality and speed that feels better than on home soil at times. Thanks AFL - need this in my life

Time to add PiP to AppleTV app
Overall, I think this service has improved each season. One feature I’d love to see is a picture-in-picture option for the AppleTV version of the app. There are plenty of times during the AFL season (and when the AFLW and AFL preseason co-exist) when it would be really nice to watch two games on the same screen. Yes, I suppose you could use an iPhone or iPad as a second screen, but other AppleTV tv/video apps have this functionality and it’s more convenient than multiple devices.

Getting Better, still a few small issues
3.5 stars. 2018 is working better than previous iterations. Mainly only have problems when trying to start watching a replay from the beginning when it’s still underway, or has only recently finished. Big annoyance: No Apple TV app. Have to stream from phone or iPad. They should really have got this sorted by now.
