Brand new keypad on iOS 13, and you simply cannot use it. The LED says that it has connected to the network, but the app cannot see this and simply stays in the “Configuring” state until the device gives up. The website has a support button that simply repeats the help prompt over and over.

I can’t get it to set up. Phone app crashes. Tablet app gets through the install and the clicker still doesn’t function. I tried hard reset from the instructions and now it won’t even get halfway through the install. It’s a piece of trash.
