At this point I wouldn’t waste your time and money with this camera. The software is very much so a work in progress and is filled with bugs. The camera has no button to save clips like every single other dash cam does. The dash cam also does not automatically connect to my home wifi network and upload videos as advertised on their site. You need to have a SIM card with a phone number attached and texting enabled to use the connected service which costs 2.5x the price of data only plans. Any other connected camera only requires data. The camera quality is also below average. Seems like it’s taken from a 10 year old camera. The processing on the video is a joke. Absolutely a waste of time and money at this point with this camera. I would suggest going another route. There a bunch of better developed cameras out there. The support for this camera is also terrible. They suggest you check out their forums if you need help. They delete every single post that doesn’t praise them on their forums ( prob to sucker more people into buying their stuff). I usually don’t write reviews but this camera is such a scam I’m hoping this saves some of y’all.

There is no way to describe how terrible this app, this product, or the combination of the two are in words. This is coming from a Kickstarter backer who still hasn’t received all of his parts from 3 years ago.
Avoid this abomination to your bank account by buying a real product like a blackvue. Honestly, duct taping a go-pro or a 1990s Kodak to your hood would be more reliable than this product in 2024.
I receive at least 10 false alarms every night from rain drops on the lowest sensitivity setting. We cannot connect to review footage. It also rapidly restarts when I get in the car and drive.
All accounts are associated with the first device that pairs with the WiFi and not an email or universally acceptable account so you cannot allow family to join… you know like family members who might use an automobile and experience issues with your dash cam.
All customer service occurs on a forum. You will not receive a response unless you message repeatedly and then they direct you to check a forum without a search function. The forum uses your real name and will misdirect while you talk in circles since apparently, all development and technical experts have exited this company.
Avoid at all costs. Broken trash with broken, trashy customer service. A complete cash grab by people who don’t care at all about their product.

Trying to sign up, but fields are greeted out. Other options is to sign up with Facebook or Google. Facebook is fried out and Google works, but since I don’t use either, where does that leave me? App offers to talk to a human which is no more than a chat box. I explain my problem and I’m promptly returned to the not working sign up section. This app is a dismal failure, but essential for my new DRide. I waited almost 2 years for the dash cam to arrive, and now I can’t use it because the app is crap.
