An error stating: in order to load your drawings the app needs access to your device storage please go to settings and turn on storage access. When I head to settings no storage permission is available.so I was wondering what do I do next I'm stuck can someone help please.?

Close and restart the Picsart Color app on iPhone
Update Picsart Color app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Picsart Color iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Picsart Color on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Picsart Color network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Picsart Color Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Picsart Color not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Picsart Color App
1. On android, goto Settings » Picsart Color » click [Force Stop]

Update Picsart Color to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Picsart Color App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Picsart Color » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Picsart Color.

Fix Picsart Color unable to contact server/ Picsart Color internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Picsart Color » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Picsart Color » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
