I can’t figure out how to change the language. I was gonna use CONVERSEコンバース公式アプリ to log into my account and use my work discount. Unfortunately not able to use CONVERSEコンバース公式アプリ

App default launches to Japanese(?) with no front end way to change the language, and after 15 minutes tapping random things in CONVERSEコンバース公式アプリ for the language option I gave up.

I love the Converse brand but…. CONVERSEコンバース公式アプリ i can’t understand nothing and I’ve been reading reviews and one of them stood out stating that “People give CONVERSEコンバース公式アプリ horrible reviews just because of the language barrier” is completely true I don’t really understand what’s said on CONVERSEコンバース公式アプリ at all.

I downloaded CONVERSEコンバース公式アプリ and half the stuff was in Japanese or some language I didn’t know. I wanted to make custom CONVERSE but I couldn’t because on the website it wouldn’t save and when I download CONVERSEコンバース公式アプリ I cannot read the language. THIS NEEDS TO BE CHANGED!

I don’t understand why it’s ONLY in Japanese but I guess you can use the website. Or just not shop converse, maybe download Nike or vans and see if they have converse if you don’t want to shop in person. This is kind of ridiculous Converse🙃.

i understand the fact that it's annoying that ppl are rating CONVERSEコンバース公式アプリ badly, we're just asking if someone can PLS change AT LEAST the beginning of the login in CONVERSEコンバース公式アプリ to english. and literally nobody said it was chinese so. look i love converse but they need to either give the option to change the language in english or something or create another app for ppl that don't know this language. thx tho. one more thing u need to stop calling ppl ignorant cuz the only reason y u knew it was in japanese was because of the label.

People need to stop rating CONVERSEコンバース公式アプリ poorly just because there isn’t an english version, this version isn’t meant to be in english and the bombardment of reviews complaining about the lack of an english language option only aids to harm the reputation of an app to which they are not the target audience of. And if you do not know the language then don’t assume it is Mandarin, the description clarifies what language it is and the assumption without proper education on Asian languages only spreads hate. Thus-forth all reviews criticizing CONVERSEコンバース公式アプリ based on the lack of language options should be deleted because they do not reflect the actual quality of CONVERSEコンバース公式アプリ .

People need to stop being ignorant. The writing isn’t Chinese it’s Japanese. Read the description it literally says it in English as well. Just because it doesn’t fit your “western” needs doesn’t mean you should rate it low. Anyways, CONVERSEコンバース公式アプリ works great and the shoes are awesome!

Y’all are crazy… English or not CONVERSEコンバース公式アプリ is for shoe quality only. Just because it isn’t an under stable language doesn’t mean that the shoe isn’t good quality.
